Welcome to niosleep (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website niosleep.com (the “Website”) and purchasing our products or accessing digital content, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
1. Products & Digital Content
Our Products
- Our products are for external use only. Please read all ingredient lists and usage instructions before use.
- We are not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. If you have concerns, perform a patch test or consult a healthcare professional before use.
- Product descriptions and images are for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in colour, texture, or packaging may occur.
Recorded Meditation Sessions
- Digital meditation recordings are for personal use only. You may not share, distribute, resell, or modify them without our written consent.
- Results from meditation practices vary by individual. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes related to relaxation, stress reduction, or well-being.
- Meditation recordings should not be listened to whilst driving or bathing.
- Our meditation recordings are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment.
2. Ordering & Payment
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
- Orders for physical products will be processed and shipped within 7 business days.
- Digital meditation files will be available to customers via the website, by entering the exclusive code received in the niosleep box. The QR code on the niosleep leaflet inside the box will also bring customers directly to the meditation library.
3. Shipping & Returns
Shipping
- We currently ship our products to United Kingdom. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors.
- If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at your email within 7 days with photos of the issue.
Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.
- Digital meditation purchases are non-refundable, as they are instant downloads.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content on this Website, including product descriptions, meditation recordings, images, and branding, is the property of niosleep and is protected by copyright laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- Our products and digital content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, digital content, or Website.
- If you have health concerns, consult a medical professional before using our products or engaging in meditation practices.
- By engaging with the niosleep system, and using the products, t is assumed that you have taken any necessary medical advice, and we cannot accept any liability for the use or misuse of the niosleep system or products.
